Stearns Electric Association’s Board of Directors are member-consumers just like you who understand and listen to the community. They represent you on the Co-op’s Board, which is responsible for overseeing the business of the Cooperative and determining its strategic direction.

If you live in Districts 4, 5 or 9 and you would like to serve on the board, read over the materials in the 2021 Director Nominations Packet and fill out an application (available below) and submit it to the Cooperative’s secretary by 4 p.m. CST on Thursday, January 28, 2021.

Candidates accepted to the ballot are REQUIRED to attend the Candidate Briefing, scheduled for Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at the St. Joseph Branch Office. More information will be provided once your application is submitted.

Stearns Electric retains the services of Survey and Ballot Systems, an independent contractor, to conduct the election in conjunction with the Annual Meeting on April 8, 2021.
