2. Enter your Last Name or Business Name.
3. Click Submit.
4. Enter your Payment Information. Enter the amount you would like to pay in “Make Payment” field. Select “Total Due” or “Other Amount,” click “Pay Now” button.
5. Select your Payment Options (“Pay with a new Credit or Debit Card” or “Pay with a new Bank Account”). Then click “Make Payment”.
