Stearns Electric Association has partnered with I-94 Auction Block, LLC to conduct an online auction to assist the Co-op in liquidating remaining unused items from our 900 Kraft Drive facility in Melrose.

The need for the auction follows the construction of the new operations center and headquarters, as the Co-op had outgrown its previous facility. Over the years, the Co-op maintained its equipment with great care and completed a few remodels prior to building the new headquarters. As a result, auction items range from excellent to used condition. The new facility’s configuration and design does not allow for the installation or re-use of these items. Additionally, we are streamlining operations by clearing out miscellaneous items that are no longer in use or have been upgraded.
