SmartHub Quick Start Guide
Once you’ve signed up for SmartHub, you can do many things: report a power outage, pay your bill online, sign up for paperless billing, view your energy use, manage notifications and more.
Navigate to different areas in SmartHub by following the paths below.
SmartHub Mobile App:
Report an Outage
At the top of your screen, select “Report Outage/Other Issue” and follow the prompts.
AutoPay
At the bottom of your screen, select “Bill & Pay” > “Auto Pay Program.”
Sign up for Paperless
At the bottom of your screen, select “More” > “Settings” > “Paperless Billing”
SmartHub Website:
Report an Outage
At the top of the page, select “Report Outage/Other Issue” and follow the prompts.
OR
Select “Contact Us” from the menu bar > “Report Outage/Other Issue”
AutoPay
Select “Billing & Payments” from the menu bar > “Auto Pay Program”
Sign up for Paperless
Select “My Profile” from the menu bar > “My Information” > “Update My Paperless Settings”
