Clearing Web Browser Cache

In order to access the new SmartHub platform on a web browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, etc.), you will need to clear your browser cache and/or data. Once that is done, you will be able to access the redesigned SmartHub platform using your current username and password.

We have links to instructions for some of the most popular web browsers below, but this is not an all encompassing list. Please note, the steps are different for each specific browser and may even change as newer versions of a particular browser are released.

If you are having trouble with this step, you can use the “help” feature on your web browser and search “how to clear cache.” If you need more assistance with this step, we encourage you to contact your local technology support person/company or the computer manufacturer.
