NOTICE: Stearns Electric Association Pole Shed for Sale by Sealed Bid

A Pole Shed located at 900 Kraft Drive SE, Melrose, Minnesota 56352, described below:
- 60’ x 200’ with 14’ side walls
- four (4) service doors
- three (3) 12’ x 14’ overhead doors
- non-insulated
- all wood framing
- metal exterior- tan in color
- new metal roof (replaced in 2019)
is offered for sale by sealed bid, subject to the various conditions set out hereafter.
All bids must be in writing and submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 22, 2024, at the office of Scott E. Dymoke, Dymoke Law Office, P.A., 408 Main Street East, Unit 5, Melrose, MN 56352; any mailed bids should be sent to Scott E. Dymoke, Dymoke Law Office, P.A., P.O. Box 127, Melrose, MN 56352, and received by 5:00 p.m. on the same date set out above. Please see Pole Shed Bid Form.
All bids must contain a check payable to the Dymoke Law Office P.A. Trust Account in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid.
If a bid is accepted, the successful bidder will be expected to sign a purchase agreement with the typical provisions for insurance and indemnification. Closing and possession to take place within 30 days from the date of sale. The Pole Shed must be removed from its current site no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30, 2024.
This Pole Shed is offered in its “as is” condition. The Pole Shed will be open for inspection by appointment only. To schedule an appointment to inspect the Pole Shed, contact Glenn Blommel at (320) 256-1632.
Stearns Electric Association reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to extend the time for bidding and to negotiate with bidders.
